Erin-
Your stories hold a special place in my heart not only as a first time mother-to-be, but also having shared some of my childhood with YOUu. I think what you are doing is wonderful and very inspiring...then again you always were exactly that to me. Its interesting to hear that not everyone has the "nice easy" life and that is so easily portrayed on the surface for so many of us and that real life problems do exist for everyone...its just how we deal with them that makes us unique. Thank you for sharing!

I stumbled upon your site by accident but found it very refreshing. Thank you for sharing your life and heart so beautifully and honest. I too am waiting for the Lord to show us His plan for bring more children into our family. We have two daughters through different open adoptions and now wait for the Lord to open the doors of frozen embryo adoption. My husband and I have a testimony of waiting and trusting the Lord in His perfect timing. He will and has, proven faithful to no end. .... but today as so often, in our waiting I find myself struggling with the just, How Long, Lord? My body grows older, my heart grows heavier and my ability to contain my emotions seems useless. Yes, today is just one of those days, when I find myself crying and searching for anything that will encourage me in my waiting. It's been over 6 years of waiting to see the Lord's plan of frozen embryo adoption. Today, He's used you. What a blessing it is to me to hear your testimony and see how beautifully He's worked within your life. I am encouraged. Thank you. t.
